How to: Change print setup in PowerPoint.
Solution:
Select the 'File' menu and select 'Print...'.
1) Select 'the 'File' menu and select 'Print...'. (The Print dialog box appears.)
2) Select the desired printer from the 'Name' drop-down list box in the 'Printer' group.

3) Click 'Properties...'. (The <printer> Properties dialog box appears.)
4) Click the 'Paper' tab.
5) (Optional) Select the desired paper size from the 'Paper size' scroll-across list.

NOTE: To select a specific paper size, single-click on it. (The selection is highlighted.)
6) (Optional) Select the desired page layout radio button in the 'Layout' group.

7) (Optional) Select the desired orientation radio button in the 'Orientation' group.

8) (Optional) Select the desired paper source from the 'Paper source' drop-down list box.

9) (Optional) Type the desired number of copies in the 'Copies' box.

NOTE: The default number of copies is 1.
10) (Optional) To print on both sides of the paper (duplex):
a) Click 'More Options...'. (The More Paper Options dialog box appears.)
b) Select the desired radio button for how to flip the paper in the 'Printing on both sides (duplex printing)' group.

c) Click 'OK'.
11) (Optional) To set an unprintable area:
a) Click 'Unprintable Area...'. (The Unprintable Area dialog box appears.)
b) Type the desired left margin for the unprintable area in the 'Left' box.

d) Type the desired top margin for the unprintable area in the 'Top' box.

e) Type the desired bottom margin for the unprintable area in the 'Bottom' box.

12) (Optional) To restore defaults and cancel any changes, click 'Restore Defaults'.

14) (Optional) Select the desired printer resolution from the 'Resolution' drop-down list box.

23) (Optional) To restore defaults and cancel any changes, click 'Restore Defaults'.

25) Click the 'PostScript' tab.
26) Select the desired output format from the 'PostScript output format' drop-down list box.

27) (Optional) To restore defaults and cancel any changes, click 'Restore Defaults'.
28) Do one of the following:
a) Click 'Cancel', to reject changes and exit the '<printer> Properties' dialog box. (The Print dialog box reappears.)
b) Click 'OK', to accept the changes and exit the dialog box. (The Print dialog box reappears.)
c) Click 'Apply', to accept the changes without exiting from the dialog box.
NOTE: Additional changes can be made before choosing either 'OK' or 'Cancel'.
29) Do one of the following in the 'Print' dialog box:
a) Click 'OK', to print the presentation.
b) Click 'Cancel', to cancel printing.
NOTE: Even when printing is canceled, the previously accepted setup changes, accepted in step 28), remain.
